When Aorangazeb Samrat left his hometown of Khulna for Dhaka, he didn’t just pack his bags—he brought big dreams for the future with him.   

Determined to earn his Master’s degree and build a meaningful career, he balanced his studies with work, learning early on that perseverance turns challenges into opportunities. 

Building his skillset step by step 

In 2012, Aorangazeb joined Floreal Bangladesh as a Knitting Coordinator. He immediately entered the production floor, viewing it as a place to work and learn: observing processes, understanding team dynamics, and stepping into the rhythm of operations. His curiosity and discipline soon brought him to the Production Planning team, where he worked closely with the Head of Operations. 

This experience gave him a bigger picture of how things worked, letting him connect with different teams and really get to know the ins and outs of the business. He fine-tuned his natural talent for organization: introducing regular meetings, maintaining detailed minutes, and tracking performance data… always believing that good decisions come from paying attention to the details, and when they are backed by facts and not just gut feel. 

Running the floor. Empowering the people.  

Promoted to Trainee Production Manager in 2018, Aorangazeb embraced leadership with a people first mindset, fostering trust, unity, and motivation within his teams. He turned every challenge into a learning experience and every high pressure moment into an opportunity to demonstrate resilience. 

Today, as Head of Production, he draws on his deep operational knowledge and unwavering commitment to excellence. His goal: to position Floreal Bangladesh as a model factory in the country’s sweater industry, setting new benchmarks in efficiency, sustainability, and employee wellbeing.
