And this year, we’re excited to resume our yearly tradition initiated 12 years ago to “celebrate excellence”.

What is it all about?

Picture yourself in a giant room with more than 600 CIEL Textile employees.

All you hear are cheering to support their teams.

They are passionate! And they are here for the same goal: To WIN!

Designed to be our “Internal Olympic Games”, the Chairman’s Awards celebrate the best amongst our operations from all our 11 business units in 4 countries.

As such, it enables us to benchmark and share best practices, to raise the bar higher and push our teams towards excellence.

Every year, we alternate between the two format of the Chairman's Award :

1. CIEL Textile Chairman’s Manufacturing Excellence Award (CMEA)

To reward business units who demonstrate EXCELLENCE in production.

2. CIEL Textile Chairman’s Front-End Excellence Award (CFEA)

To reward business units who demonstrate EXCELLENCE in delivering best customer services.

This October, we’ll reach the climax with the final ceremony of CFEA 2021 and the unveiling of the winners.
