Starting small, Dreaming big
Kavish began his journey at CIEL Textile handling admin tasks, secretly hoping he would soon dedicate his time and energy to his passion: content creation. He kept learning, improving, and… Soon enough, the opportunity came knocking.
Turning passion into impact
His first training videos created for the Learning and Development team revealed his creative talent. The videos were engaging, clear, and fun to watch… exactly what his colleagues needed. From there, Kavish became the go-to person for content creation at Tropic’s HR department. Kavish shares: “It’s been a wild ride, and I'm loving the amount of exciting projects I get to work on!”
Blending technology and learning
Today, Kavish creates engaging e-Learning videos, various training manuals and tools that make learning simple and engaging. His mission is clear:
“To make sure everyone has the tools they need to learn, grow, and really shine.”
His journey didn’t stop at content creation. Thanks to his growing tech knowledge, Kavish took on key digitalization projects such as the HR Kiosk and Athena, an AI-powered HR Chatbot.
It’s no coincidence this polyvalent talent ended up in HR: because people are what he enjoys most about his job… And probably what makes him so good at what he does! “Every day, I get to work with different teams, figure out what they need to learn, and then bring those solutions to life”, he adds.
Why every step matters
But what if he’d skipped the admin job? “My background in HR gave me a deep understanding of our employees' needs and the everyday challenges they face from an HR point of view”, he highlights. That experience helps him create training materials that truly connect with people, blending practical HR knowledge with creative storytelling to make learning impactful.

“My biggest goal is for every e-learning video, every manual, every single piece of content to be a steppingstone that genuinely empowers our people from within”, Kavish concludes.
